This can help ensure that your exercise is safe and that you get the most of out of it.

SMOKING - Cigarette smoking is the main preventable cause of death in the United States. One out of every five deaths each year is either directly or indirectly caused by smoking. Secondhand cigarette smoke exposure can cause lung cancer in nonsmokers. Secondhand smoke is also linked to heart disease.It is never too late to quit smoking.

ALCOHOL USE = Drinking alcohol changes many brain functions. Emotions, thinking, and judgment are first to be affected. Continued drinking will affect motor control, causing slurred speech, slower reactions, and poor balance. Having a higher amount of body fat and drinking on an empty stomach will speed up the effects of alcohol.

At last but least Drink Plenty of water to have a Good Life, As Water Helps Your Body Remove Waste, Adequate water intake enables your body to excrete waste through perspiration, urination, and defecation. The kidneys and liver use it to help flush out waste, as do your intestines. Water can also keep you from getting constipated by softening your stools and helping move the food you've eaten through your intestinal tract. However, it should be noted that there is no evidence to prove that increasing your fluid intake will cure constipation.

The Most Important is to have a Health life then diet play an important Role so eat a balanced and healthy diet. Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables. Split the other half between whole grains and lean protein. Stick to your calorie budget, because when you're working on Healthy Diet, you need to burn more calories than you eat or drink. Exactly how many calories you should get per day depends on your goal, your age, your sex, and how active you are. A dietitian can help you figure that out. Don't cut your calories too much, or your diet is going to be hard to stick with and may not give you the nutrients your body needs.
